This Macon, Georgia group was the brainchild of the sons of Otis Redding, plus cousin Mark Locket on keyboards and drums. Vocalist/bassist Dexter and guitarist Otis Redding II teamed with Locket on 1980's The awakening, then did two more LPs for Polydor, If looks could kill in 1985 and The Reddings in 1988. Their biggest hit was Remote control, a number six R&B single in 1980.
